Business Development Department

The Business Development Department is an integral part of TRAINKOS and is responsible for the entire field of business development within the company.

The Business Development Department within TRAINKOS SH.A. is responsible for business development as a whole, ranging from marketing and sales to strategic planning, the development of approved policies, and coordination with relevant stakeholders. Within this department, freight forwarding activity will also be developed as a new activity.

The Business Development Department is headed by a Director, who holds full professional and legal responsibility for managing the department.

The Director of the Business Development Department reports to the Chief Executive Officer.

In order to fulfill the duties and responsibilities assigned to it, in accordance with the company's organizational scheme, the department is organized into three sectors:

• Marketing Sector;
• Sector for Planning, Development, and Coordination;
• Freight Forwarding Sector.
