Administration Department

The Administration Department is an integral part of TRAINKOS and is responsible for administrative matters within the company. The Administration Department plays an important organizational role by coordinating all administrative activities related to all sectors. Its objective is to ensure more efficient and effective operations across all activities of TRAINKOS.

The areas covered by the Administration Department include:

• Administration infrastructure and policies within the Company, as well as their implementation.
• Supporting the Company's internal and external management to achieve progress within HK-Trainkos J.S.C.
• Managing and providing services related to the implementation of legislation concerning Human Resources.
• Providing administrative services for the Company's personnel, including the management of all Human Resources-related matters.
• Identifying training needs and providing opportunities for the professional development of the Company's employees.
• Managing logistics for the entire Company, including staff and administrative accommodation, transportation, warehouse management, office supplies, and other support services.
• Developing strategies for the management of sectors and services.
• Providing information and communication technology (ICT) services.
• Archiving, administration, circulation, and preservation of documents received or created within HK-Trainkos J.S.C.
• Preparing work plans and programs related to the effective functioning of the Administration Department.

The Administration Department aims to fulfill its administrative duties and responsibilities with maximum efficiency and accountability. It performs its functions through the following sectors:

• Human Resources Sector;
• Logistics and IT Sector;
• Training and Qualification Sector.

These sectors and units have clearly defined areas of responsibility within the Administration Department.
