On 23 April 2012 a group of children aged 5-6 years, attending the "Fatosat" Preschool Institution in Prishtina, under the care of educators and Trainkos company officials, carried out an educational trip on the premises of the company Trainkos. During this activity, children had the opportunity to learn about the history, the activities, and to take a train ride on the Fushë Kosovë – Prishtina route and vice versa. Company officials, together with the kindergarten's educators, explained to the children the history of trains, during which the children had the opportunity to see up close the steam locomotive, a monument of great value belonging to the cultural heritage of Kosovo's railway communication.

The children also had the opportunity to visit the museum of the former Kosovo Railways; another important educational part of this activity was teaching the children how passengers obtain tickets at the company's ticket counters at the stations.
These activities aroused the children's curiosity, and throughout the entire time they were interested and asked the company's officials interesting questions.

Without a doubt, what pleased the children most was taking the special train ride from Fushë Kosovë to Prishtina and back.

The educators who accompanied the children considered such an activity to be quite important, as it provides children in a practical way with knowledge about important activities and events. On this occasion, they expressed their gratitude for the opportunity and the care shown during this activity by the company Trainkos.
The management of the company Trainkos has enabled such activities in the past as well and continuously engages in supporting institutions and educational activities, especially those intended for children and students.

Without a doubt the greatest thanks was the gift that the company officials received from the children themselves, a drawing whose theme was the train, and whose authors were the children themselves.
