On 15.06.2017, at the request of the American School of Kosovo, a train ride was organized for the children/students of this school. The trip was made in relation to Prishtina – Peja and vice versa.
Kosovo Railways – Trainkos Sh.A. organize trips for walking by train for children, the children of this School Institution experienced the pleasure of traveling by train.
Initially, all children/students of the American School of Kosovo organized by teachers/teachers gathered at the railway station in Pristina from where they were accommodated in two wagons that we had reserved specifically for them. In this unforgettable walk for all children, where at the same time for everyone it was the first time traveling by train, there were about 150 children/students.
During the train trip, the children, in addition to singing and playing among themselves, also experienced the natural beauties of Kosovo which can be experienced by all those who travel by train in all relations where Kosovo Railways operates – Trainkos J.S.C.

Upon arriving at the railway station in Peja, children/students in an organized way took a walk in the city of Peja where they had 2 hours to see the city and at the same time to eat something or even eat something. refreshing with a refreshing drink...
After the end of the walk through the beautiful city of Peja, the children returned to the railway station of Peja to board the wagons and return to Pristina. Although they were small children and it was very hot weather, the children never stopped playing and singing until the railway station in Pristina.
From the impressions received by the children, the train trip was one of the best things they have experienced and were very pleased to express the desire that they will come with their parents as well. looking forward to seeing you again on this journey...
